The images contained within this site, and all images produced by "Celtic Photographic Studio" are copyrighted to Ray Mullan and may not be copied, scanned, downloaded or duplicated by any other means without the express permission of the copyright holder (Ray Mullan). Images for commercial purposes will be issued with a license to allow copying within strict guidelines. Images produced at weddings, during studio sessions and on location are all subject to the above restrictions. The copyright restriction include all the code and content contained within this website and may not be duplicated copied or reproduced and any way without permission.
If additional copies of an image are required you are required to request the copies from Digital Imaging Wales, and to pay the asking price less any discounts if applicable for the additional images. Our prices are fair and reasonable and when wedding packages are booked additonal image copies are often issued with a generous discount therefore negating the chance of owning an inferior quality copy.
Often copied images are of inferior quality due to scanning or photocopying, and to maintain the integrity of Celtic Photographic Studio's stringent quality standards we ask you not to accept or distribute any copies which could damage the reputation of the business.
Image Copying Service, with our Image copying service we will only copy images provided to us by customers which should not be copyright protected by any other photographer or company. We will always check if the image is copyright protected and we will always refuse to copy images that are. We will make the exception only when the image is accompanied by a license allowing the customer to duplicate the image as stated in the licesnse.
Video to DVD transfer service, We are only able to accept personal Video Tapes, or tapes accompanied by a valid license transferring the ownership of the Video content to the owner for this service, we are not able to accept any commerical video tapes for this service.
