You pay for your order on the same day as your viewing. We have a Credit Card facility, or you may pay be cash or cheque. - 9. When will we receive our photographs?

Of course we can. All prints over 10 x 8 will be framed . For other sizes we have a frame and finishing service in our studio including canvas wraps.

Studio and Portraiture
If there is a fee, it is payable at the point of booking. This can be done on the phone via a card payment or you can call into our studio.
Give yourself plenty of time to secure the appointment time you need because we can be very busy. So booking well in advance is advised.
Usually under an hour.
That’s fine. We always map out 1 hour each for our clients. If you think you will need longer please advise at the time of booking.
If your child is an infant or young baby, romper suits always look best. Small cotton summer style dresses photograph best for baby girls. Bib and brace garments can be a problem, as the bib tends to ride up around the face.
If it is not a traditional look you are after, I believe families always look best with similar tones and colour. Jeans and T-shirts look great in contemporary photographs. Try and stay away from logos and print on garments as they can distract the eye.
Usually a second appointment is made as a viewing can take up to on hour.
Up to 10 working days but it is possible to have them sooner if required.

Wedding
No!!! We guarantee that the price of your booking will not change when booked well in advance. It’s a great way of saving money as it is not unusual to have a 10% rise on a package each year.
We have offers changing all the time. Your will receive what was agreed at the time of your booking.
For gold packages and above we will be with you from the preparations in the house through to the speeches at the reception. Our other packages are time restricted so further arrangements would have to be made to retain our services outside of this time limit.
I take great pride in saying all the weddings I have photographed has been done on my own but if you wish to have a second photographer on your day don’t hesitate to discuss with us so we can make arrangements.
The best photographs always come from a good relationship between the couple and photographer. If you book your wedding early, things such as times can change so it’s best to speak to your photographer before the wedding. We always ask to have an informal meeting before the wedding to finalize everything.
Anywhere you like!!! Try to pick a venue with outstanding features. Parks with trees, bridges etc. Old buildings with interesting architecture. The better the features the more interesting your album will be. Remember, if you get stuck, most photographers will have their favorite areas to recommend.
We can only work with what we have been given, so try to pick a venue that is bright and airy and has some great features. Failing that, an umbrella or two can work wonders.
You will receive a disc to view your images. It will have the all the images taken on the day and can be put to your favorite music.
Usually up to 28 working days depending on Album type and work required to be done on the images.
Of course you can. You will receive an order form and price list for any further reprint orders.

General
Only under exceptional circumstances.
As we run a busy studio, canceling close your appointment will take away an opportunity for a replacement booking, We will gladly re-book your sitting to a later date if we receive at least 2 days notice at no extra cost. We will only refund a Wedding cancellation if we receive a replacement wedding for the same date. Postponed Weddings can be changed to another date at no extra cost.
We only ask for a minimum spend of £30:00 per studio sitting. If you order over £195:00 we will refund your sitting fee.
An additional charge might be included for traveling expenses depending on the distance to the venue.
